Rough Times

Meditation teaches us to accept, not to fight, our emotions. Especially when they make us uncomfortable. It’s the only way to overcome their grip on us.


I find music is a powerful tool to fully live our emotions. That explains why we listen to sad music when we're saddened. It's part of the healing process.


All emotions are beautiful. Embrace them. Enjoy. Or die.
